How it Works

Thank you for choosing WiseTime, the world´s first seamless and automatic time tracking software.

WiseTime automatically records any activity on your computer, independent of what program or operating system you are using.  At the end of each work day, you can easily analyse how much of your time or your team’s time has been spent on any project or client case, for example.

Once the WiseTime App is installed, WiseTime will automatically operate in the background. There is no need to turn it on or off or clock in or out.  WiseTime tracks the programs you use and also captures any project, customer or reference numbers noted on e-mails, web pages or documents you are working on, therefore a pre-definition of projects or entering reference numbers is not necessary.  For example, when creating emails, the subject line is captured by WiseTime, so that you can easily see and assign your emails to specific cases or projects.

All activity that has been tracked in the WiseTime App can then be summarized in the WiseTime Console online. Here you can evaluated your individual time and activity. You can examine the data according to the metrics you choose, including by activities, by location or by project. You define the questions and the analytics reporting will give you the insight you need. With the Team and Enterprise versions you can report to management, create comparative project or team analysis.
